Every Prançeau piece is made to last. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — quietly, and on your timeline.
30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Returns received outside this window or in worn condition may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
Initiating a return
To start a return, email us at returns@pranceau.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label within 1–2 business days.
- Pack items in their original packaging where possible
- Attach the prepaid label provided
- Drop off at any authorized carrier location
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt
Need a different size?
We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Simply note your preferred size when reaching out, and we'll prepare your exchange while your return is in transit so there's minimal wait.
Final sale items: Pieces marked as final sale, archive, or sample are not eligible for return or exchange.
Something not right?
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it's defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@pranceau.com with photos of the issue. We'll resolve it quickly — replacement, refund, or repair, your choice.
